1. About Our Services

Blossom Valley provides child development services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioural therapy, ABA therapy, special education, psychological assessment, counselling, developmental paediatric consultation and online therapy. Services are delivered by qualified professionals at our centre in Pampady, Kottayam and, where available, online.

The type, frequency and duration of therapy are recommended after an initial assessment and may be revised based on your child's progress.

3. Appointments and Bookings

• Appointments can be requested through our website, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp and are confirmed only once we contact you
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten the session, which will still be charged in full
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance
• Repeated missed sessions without notice may affect the continuity of your child's therapy slot
• We may occasionally need to reschedule a session due to therapist availability or unforeseen circumstances, and we will inform you as early as possible

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for assessments, consultations and therapy sessions will be communicated to you before services begin. Payments are due as agreed at the time of registration. Fees may be revised from time to time with prior notice. Fees paid for completed sessions are non-refundable. Refunds for advance payments, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Responsibilities of Parents and Guardians

To help us provide the best care for your child, parents and guardians agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the child's health, history and development
• Inform us of any changes in the child's health, medication or circumstances
• Remain on the premises or be reachable during sessions unless agreed otherwise
• Not bring a child to the centre when they are unwell or have a contagious illness
• Follow home programmes and recommendations shared by the therapist where possible
• Treat our staff, other families and children with courtesy and respect

6. Therapy Outcomes

Every child develops at their own pace. While our team uses evidence based methods and works closely with families, we cannot guarantee specific results or timelines. Progress depends on many factors, including the child's individual needs, regularity of attendance and support at home.

7. Online Therapy

For online sessions, families are responsible for a stable internet connection, a suitable device and a quiet space. Sessions must not be recorded by either party without prior written consent. Online therapy may not be suitable for every child, and our team will advise you on the most appropriate format.

8. Photographs, Videos and Testimonials

We will not use photographs, videos or testimonials of your child or family on our website, social media or printed material without your prior written consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us, after which we will remove the material from our channels where reasonably possible.

9. Use of This Website

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading or another person's information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or anything that may harm the website or its users
